Size and trim to fit 1/2" foam insulation. This will allow the carpet to lay flat across all floor tubing with an added benefit of reducing cockpit noise. Found very nice black and tan Vinyl at Joanne Fabric and applied black to the instrument hood. Tan will be used on the upper side panels for contrast. Completed the nose cone fiberglass and pitot installation. |
